Additional Training Opportunities

March 12 - Indianapolis.

IWEA is partnering with NASSCO's Circle City Exchange - NASSCO Exchange events are one-day educational sessions that feature many of the industry resources developed by NASSCO’s dynamic Technical Committees. NASSCO Committees work diligently throughout the year to achieve NASSCO’s mission to set standards for the assessment, maintenance. and rehabilitation of underground infrastructure and to assure the continued acceptance and growth of trenchless technologies. Free to municipal employees, the event includes breakfast, lunch, and an interactive format that encourages retention of the information presented.

March 21 - IWEA Core Conference - Fort Harrison State Park.

The Core Conference will be hosted by the IWEA Lab, O&M, and R&RR Committees on March 21st at the Fort Harrison State Park Inn Garrison Conference Center in Indianapolis, IN. This year’s theme is “March Madness,” jumping right into the basketball tournament craziness as the first-round tips off. Forum topics will provide a discussion on the core aspects of wastewater treatment: research, new technologies, operational and/or maintenance case studies, residuals management, resource recovery, laboratory, and safety. A total of 12.0 CEUs/PDHs are currently pending. Attendees will be able to receive a maximum of 6.0 CEUs/PDHs, once approved.

May 14 - IWEA Wastewater Challenge- Aqua Indiana's Western Hancock WWTP.
