IWEA Annual Conference

Essential, Impactful, Water Professional. The 2023 Annual Conference will be held at the Grand Wayne Conference Center Aug. 23 - 25 and will be celebrating the clean water heroes who work to make clean water and convert waste to fertilizer and energy. Pre-registration is closed, but on-site registration is available during the conference.

Wastewater 101 Exam Prep. Barb Smith has retired to sunny Florida but has handed off teaching the IDEM Wastewater Certification Exam Prep course to Aqua Indiana's Bill Boetcker. The exam prep course is two full days of course work to help prepare for the IDEM Certification Exams.

Conference Volunteers Needed. IWEA is looking for volunteers to moderate sessions and scan attendees in/out of each session. If you are willing to serve, you can pick sessions/time slots here: Volunteer Sign Up linked here.

NIOA Annual Golf Outing

The 2023 NIOA Golf Outing will be held on Sept. 13th at the Rozella Ford Golf Club in Warsaw Indiana. Cost is $50 per person. Signups are available for singles, teams of four and anything in between! There are also sponsorship opportunities available. See linked flyer & registration form for more information.

Looking for NIOA Leaders

We are looking for a couple dedicated water quality professionals to spend a few hours a month to help plan training locations and content and prepare continuing education documentation. The work is easy, the benefits are lousey, but you get the opportunity to work with the best men and women in the industry! Managers & Supervisors - this is a great way to get your staff involved in the NIOA and serving in a leadership role. Contact John Magsam for more information.
