News Letter 1

This is a test of a new delivery system for getting you the latest, up todate news concerning the NIOA.  If you haven't done so yet, get onto the new website and sign up.  We had to go to a sign up format due to spammers invading and posting some not so professional things.  Once you have signed up I will receive a notice to approve you.  Thanks for your patience with this transition.
