IWEA Leadership Development Institute. Interested in participating? Get from where you are to where you want to be in your leadership skills. Leadership Development Institute curriculum is specifically designed for water and wastewater professionals looking to take their career to the next level. LDI is an ongoing program consisting of 10 courses.Students will meet over a 12-month period to dive deep into topics ranging from communications, human resources, and organizational leadership. Each course has been handpicked and structured to best develop and inspire our future water industry leaders.
