June 12 - Join us at the Lakeland Sewer District, 5002 E 100 N Warsaw, IN. Registration begins at 10a, with a facility tour starting at 10:30a. Lunch will follow the tour, followed by a short business meeting and presentation. Anticipate 2.0 hours of technical credits. As always, we need to know how many will be attending to plan for food! IWEA Leadership Development Institute. Interested in participating? Get from where you are to where you want to be in your leadership skills. Leadership Development Institute curriculum is specifically designed for water and wastewater professionals looking to take their career to the next level. LDI is an ongoing program consisting of 10 courses.Students will meet over a 12-month period to dive deep into topics ranging from communications, human resources, and organizational leadership. Each course has been handpicked and structured to best develop and inspire our future water industry leaders.

IWEA Streaming Leadersip Series. June 20, 9a. Are you looking to refine your communication skills and bridge the gap between different generations in the workplace? Join us for our next Streaming Leadership, "Cracking the Code: The Art of Communicating Across Generations" presented by Randy Wheeler.
