Looking for NIOA Leaders
We are looking for a couple dedicated water quality professionals to spend a few hours a month to help plan training locations and content and prepare continuing education documentation. The work is easy, the benefits are lousy, but you get the opportunity to work with the best men and women in the industry! Managers & Supervisors - this is a great way to get your staff involved in the NIOA and serving in a leadership role. Some of the tasks/roles include:
- CEU Coordinator
- Scheduler / Tour/ Location Planner
- Website / Emailer Coordinator
- Presenter / Topic Planner
- Golf Coordinator / Planner (you get to choose the course within budget of course)
- Christmas Planner (you get to choose the location within budget of course)

We are beginning to look for 2024 locations. If you are willing to host, please let us know. Contact NIOA leadership to schedule.
IWEA Annual Conference CEUs.
Did you attend the 2023 IWEA Annual Conference? Data is now available for review regarding your CEUs and PDHs earned for attending sessions.
We understand your credits are important to you and appreciate your patience as we worked through over 400 attendee requests for credits. IWEA staff is preparing the report and certificates for each attendee to be sent to IDEM.
You will have until September 29th to submit inquiries regarding your session attendance and credits earned. After this date, all will be submitted to IDEM. Review here.
Please note in order to receive CEUs/PDHs for the IWEA Annual Conference, you must have signed in and out of each session using your badge with an eligible registration type. For CEUs, you also needed to turn in your paperwork at the registration desk onsite.
