Welcome to the NIOA Round Table Forum!!  Please feel free to propose a question, seek help on issues with your plant, or just share some tidbit of information that you may think others will find interesting.  This forum was made with being able to speak anonymously in mind so don’t feel afraid to ask your questions. And if you feel you have good advice on a proposed question, please give it.  I want this to be a place where anyone can get help on issues they may be having in their plant without feeling judged.
